We want you to be happy with your purchase from Farm & Livestock Equipments. This policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and, where possible, in their original packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Items that have been used, installed, assembled or modified
  • Custom-made, special-order or made-to-measure items
  • Consumables and items that cannot be resold for hygiene or biosecurity reasons
  • Items damaged through misuse, incorrect installation or normal wear and tear

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the problem. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Return shipping

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or sent in error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Large or heavy equipment may need to be returned by freight; please contact us so we can advise on the best option. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or model, contact us at [email protected] and we will help you arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, the returns process above applies.
